To supplement the mass media advertising campaign, the City of Los Angeles secured a pro-bono donation of advertising space on the internal panels of LADOT DASH Buses. The City of Los Angeles, Department of Transportation runs a public transit system that includes 166 ÒDASHÓ buses that connect most communities within the City of Los Angeles with an annual DASH ridership of approximately 18 million.

The Stormwater Program placed advertisements, in English and Spanish, with artwork and text identical to the Mass Media Advertising campaign.

DOT generously devoted ad space inside buses for anti-pollution materials created by the Stormwater Program.
