Dear Community Leader:

You're invited to a presentation and discussion of the draft Los Angeles River Revitalization Master Plan (LARRMP) at the final series of workshops on February 24th, 27th and 28th.

These workshops will be held jointly with the public hearings on the draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Report/Programmatic Environmental Statement (PEIR/PEIS). During the hearings members of the public may provide verbal, recorded comments that will become part of the project's public record.

Over the past 16 months participants have worked with the City of Los Angeles to identify the five (5) Opportunity Areas where revitalization efforts will be focused. Public input has been a critical component of the process from the beginning of the City's study to its culmination with these meetings.
