Stormwater Public Education: Partnerships




		Key partnerships were established between the City's Stormwater Program in both the public and private sectors to help increase the awareness level and maximize the cost-effectiveness of outreach efforts in educating the public of stormwater pollution. These include: County of Los Angeles Public Works Los Angeles Fire Department Los Angeles Police Department Los Angeles Department of Animal Services Los Angeles Department of Public Works, Bureau of Sanitation Los Angeles Business Improvement Districts Los Angeles Council Offices Los Angeles Department of Environmental Affairs Los Angeles Department of Recreation & Parks Los Angeles Department of Transportation Home Improvement, Hardware, Garden, and Paint Stores Petco and Community Pet Owners Groups Coffee Shops State of California Coastal Commission Clear Channel, Viacom Treepeople "Garden Nerd"
