Show Some Love for Earth Day: Volunteer, Record and Share!

There are many ways to celebrate Earth Day, but some of our favorites include giving a little back to Mother Nature by volunteering in our community. There are many fun eco-related events in Los Angeles, so be sure to check out our monthly calendar to find one near you!
With that said, do you plan on giving a little back to our environment this month to celebrate Earth Day? If so, we’d love to see you in action, literally! Do you have a way to take a photo or record a short video clip on your cell phone or another gadget? We thought maybe you did. So here’s what we’re looking for:
1)      Find a volunteer event via our monthly calendar
2)      Once you’re at the event, take a photo or record yourself or other volunteers doing a little eco-work!
3)      Upload your photo or video (max file size 20mb) by Monday, May 23rd by filling out the form below.
We will then take a look at your cool photo or video and produce a montage of all the submissions we receive. We will create a Team Effort video and post it on our YouTube channel and Facebook page. So show your love for our environment this Earth Day and we’ll help you celebrate!

Thanks to everyone who shared their photos for the Team Effort Video!

Our hope is that this video illustrates that having a clean environment takes a team effort, and together all our efforts make a difference! Check out the video and let us know what you think!
